The F.C. Brent home was at the corner of LaRua and Spring Streets. After the Brents lived here, it became home to the Elks Club. The house was pulled down in 2005 to make way for new development. One of the Brent descendants was unable to prevent the demolition, but did manage to salvage the exterior bricks and the limestone fireplace engraved with the Brent crest. The bricks will be used for walkways in St. Michael's Cemetery where many of the Brents are buried.
